Our automated process is already underway to provide you with a fast and seamless experience:
- Instant confirmation: The contact person will receive an email confirming your payment within 2 minutes.
- Contract ready for the signatories: Within the following minutes, the designated signatories will receive the domiciliation contract via DocuSign, ready for a fast and secure electronic signature.
- Contract already countersigned: the contract is sent to you already signed by our manager, Mr Romain Clapier; only the signatures of the designated signatories are required.
- Delivery of signed copies: once all signatories have signed, a copy of the contract is sent to the contact person and to all signatories.
- Identity verification: after signing, you will receive the instructions for the method you chose (at our offices or remotely). Your address can be used as soon as this verification is approved, within 24 business hours.
- Certificate of domiciliation: it is sent directly to your notary or to the Commercial Register upon approval.
